The 2020 British GT season got underway at Oulton Park across the first weekend of August. Saturday saw a packed programme full of both support races and qualifying for the headline British GT GT3 and GT4 contenders sponsored by Intelligent Money. 

Blue skies greeted the teams for both of Sunday's British GT hour-long races. In Race 1 Michael O'Brien and James Baldwin taking the spoils in GT3. Meawhile in GT4, Connor O'Brien and Patrick Kibble brought the TF Sport Aston Martin home to claim the top spot of te podium.

In what was a shorter than usual Sunday schedule (seen as the Oulton Round was meant to take place across the Easter weekend), Race 2 for the feature British GT Championsip was the weekend fianle and saw GT3 honours go to Adam Balon and Phil Keen who lead a Balfe Motorsport one-two in their Lamborghini Huracan Evo . Mia Flewitt then became the first British GT Race winner in 2 years as her and Eaun Hankey topped the podium in their Balfe Motorsport McLaren.
